Description

Duration and Delivery

This teaching assistant training course is designed to be completed online at the pace that suits you. It can take as little as three weeks, or up to 6 months, depending on your previous experience and your dedication to the course. The qualification is delivered through our Virtual Learning Environment, Moodle, on a self-study basis with 24x7 tutor support.

Assessment & Verification

All units within this teaching assistant qualification are internally analysed by our internal assessors and externally verified by the awarding organisation. The assessment takes the form of written assignments, and some practical elements (which can be done virtually), detailed guidance for which will be provided by the tutor once you're enrolled.

Successful completion of this TA qualification enables learners to progress onto the Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (RQF), the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, or even straight into the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
